Korpraditskul สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractSensitivity screening of soil microbes to three herbicides, ie. atrazine, ametryn and paraquat, was carried out in the laboratory by poisoned food technique. No sensitive isolates of fungi and bacteria were obtained for atrazine herbicide at concentrations lower than 1500 ppm. Four isolates of fungi, namely Aspergillus terreus, Fusarium sp. and two unidentified isolates were highly sensitive to ametryn at 1500 ppm, whereas no sensitive bacteria was observed. Three isolated of fungi, Trichoderma sp. and two unidentified isolated, and 17 bacterial isolated were sensitive to paraquat at very low concentrations, 1-5 ppm. |
